You may like to work along with us on these themes and we will be providing you with FREE information along the way.  Rust is simply gorgeous and every piece is unique, which appeals to powertexers. There is something profound about finding beauty in decay. Mixed with vintage sentimentalism the new vibrant colour palettes juxtaposition beautifully against the lush earthy tones of rust. All of which can be achieved using powertex products. But let's get started with a simple project.  This small project is a great way to start exploring the wonderful world of powertex rust effects. Many of you will have these materials and powertex products already at home. The rust effects here are based on using the matt powercolours - $9.95 (40ml) including my favourites red & yellow ochre, burnt sienna, mars orange, mocha, raisin and of course turquoise. Don't be afraid of using your fingers as tools.
