March was a busy month with the Intocraft Show on in Brisbane. It was great to see some old powertex friends and meet some new creative folks. While we were lucky enough to have Ashley Hay over from WA QLD powertex trainers learnt some new workshops and are now ready to share these with you. Check them out here - new powertex workshops. I'm looking forward to more exciting artworks coming out of Bag End Studio workshops. The theme for March was Totems. I used this opportunity to play with the idea that powertex products offer a great medium for attaching objects. In the De-Vine Totem below I joined three of our Plaque Kits together using craft dowel sticks and Stone Art Clay. It still feels unfinished to me and that is one of the things I love about powertex; it allows me to stop and start and grow..... |
